What if I told you that food freedom is possible for everyone? This course will guide you through the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating with weekly group coaching support to heal and transform your relationship with food and your body.


So, What is a Intuitive eating?

True transformation begins with a commitment to let go of an old way of being. Intuitive eating is a system to create a new relationship with food and your body through releasing old dieting habits and cultivating a new way of relating to food through mindfulness and self-love.

In our 8-week course I will help you completely transform your relationship with food in order to create a more peaceful and sustainable relationship with your body. Whether you want more body acceptance, ease in daily food choice or to end the diet-binge cycle, you will learn the skills and techniques essential to your success.

I know how difficult it feels, trust me; I’ve been there. If you’re wondering if coaching is for you, ask yourself if you’ve ever felt:

We will connect with other women going through the same thing to process our body grief, share our experiences and celebrate our wins - all with support and guidance from me as your coach.

As your coach I will be here to inspire you, encourage you and help you with anything that may come up for you (like those bad body image days). I will be with you every step of the way to help you integrate this new way of relating to food and your body. Whether your goals are to achieve a healthier body image, stop over-eating or find more confidence in your food choices, together we WILL achieve them. I believe that food freedom is possible for all of us and we are all capable of cultivating more peace in our body so that we can be who we are truly meant to be.
