Avocado Green Goddess Dressing
Creamy, garlicky, lemony, deliciousness. I love this dressing because it gets all of its creaminess from the avocados! Perfect for a salad, on sandwiches, or in wraps. Avocados take the place of sour cream or mayo in this recipe, making it a healthy alternative without sacrificing any flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, scraping down sides with a spatula as needed. Season with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice to taste.
